RUMOURS:

Mark Reechi on his way out of Pittsburgh
With the Pittsburgh Penguins far from playoff contention, GM Craig Patrick will start selling off some players very soon. It is expected that Mark Reechi, and Ric Jackman will be the first to go. Reechi would gage interest for any playoff-bound team looking to bolster their squad heading into the post-season. Jackman has requested a trade, and is expected to move either just before the Olympic trade freeze or on the March 9th trade deadline. The Penguins have been looking to move Sergei Gonchar, who was atops the league last season in defensive scoring, however he is a very tough ticket to sell, as he has greatly underacheived this season and carries a hefty salary of over $5 million.
